About Your Bill
Northern Regional Hospital understands that health insurance and billing can be confusing. That’s why we are here to provide assistance with your billing experience. We are committed to providing an efficient, timely and customer-friendly process. Together, we can ensure that your experience is as easy as possible.
Customer Service Office
Our Customer Service office is conveniently located within our main hospital entrance to the left of our lobby. It is open from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. If you would like to contact one of our customer service representatives, they can be reached at 336-719-7458 or 336-719-7459 or by email at customerservice@wearenorthern.org. They will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
Insurance Billing
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your current active insurance for services received at our facility. Most insurance companies resolve their part of the bill within 60-90 days. If payment is not received in this time frame we may request your assistance in resolving the bill. You will be responsible for any balances after insurance pays. This will include any deductible, co-insurance, co-pays, and services not covered by insurance. Click here for a list of insurances that Northern Regional Hospital accepts.
You will receive separate bills for any physicians that you helped in providing care during your service and if you were transported by ambulance. This list of physicians may include the following: Emergency Department physicians, Anesthesiologist/CRNAs, Radiologist, Pathologist, and Hospitalists. If you have any questions regarding one of these bills you may reach their billing offices at the numbers below.
